Aug. 14th, 2023 06:18 pmMy mom is fond of salads, and her unwavering faith in them inevitably converted me. Like... I love vegetables, man... It's about the magic of mixing vegetables, proteins, dressings, etc. It's about mixed flavours, alternating textures, and the ratio of garnish to body to dressings; it's about the perfect mouthful.
